Newsletter feature for the Harvard University Center for the Environment exploring the nexus between environment, economy and development in China (article starts on page 12 of online edition).

Chemistry: Challenges and Solutions (Annenberg Media, 2014). I wrote the online text for units 1, 2, and 13 of this multi-media chemistry course designed for high school and college students, and helped find graphics and write captions for them. The sections that I worked on cover the history of chemistry; phases of matter (solids, liquids and gases); and the chemistry of solids, including materials like alloys and polymers that are building blocks for thousands of modern products.

The Habitable Planet (Annenberg Media, 2008).  I wrote this online environmental science text, part of a multi-media course for high school teachers, working with a dozen professors who are experts on the subject matter.  I also selected many of the graphics and wrote the captions that appear with them.  This project won the 2009 Science Prize for Online Resources in Education from the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS).
